I recently created a video, “MASSIVE VALUE: Understanding KPIs from 4 Different Campaigns,” where I delve deep into the various aspects and results of different real estate campaigns. Let me share with you the insights and learnings from this exploration.

The Onset: Laying the Groundwork

In my video, I start with a detailed screen share to visually guide you through various campaigns and their outcomes. I meticulously break down each campaign, sharing insights into the number of dials made, the number of people who picked up, and the contact rate.

Plunging into the Figures

One of the campaigns, focusing on the Naples Marco Island area, involved 82 dials, with 12 people picking up. I was thrilled to see a high contact rate of 14.63%, which I highlight as an impressive figure in the video. The accuracy rate, at 75%, is slightly below average but still commendable.

The Power of Text Messaging

In the video, I emphasize the significant role of text messaging in these campaigns. For instance, one campaign sent out 17 texts, receiving three replies but zero leads. Despite the lack of leads, I find the numbers promising, and the response rate of roughly 15% is highlighted as a positive outcome.

Navigating Different Markets

I take you through different markets, each with its unique results. For example, the Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Inglewood, Boca Raton campaign had 691 dials, 49 answers, and four leads. Despite a lower contact rate of 7%, the campaign still produced a good number of leads, aligning with my expectation of producing two leads per 500 dials.

The Star Performer

Concluding the video, I review the best-performing campaign. With 1,058 dials, 75 pickups, and nine leads, this campaign stands out as the most successful. The contact rate and accuracy rate are in line with expectations, and the campaign exceeds the minimum lead expectation, making it a market to continue investing in.

Final Thoughts and Suggestions

I wrap up the video with valuable suggestions for moving forward. I recommend continuing in the same vein in markets that showed promising results and considering focusing on text messaging in more saturated markets. I also offer my assistance for moving contracts and provide insights into understanding and dealing with land contracts.
